Midway Christian Church members, past and present, have compiled their favorite recipes for the church cookbook, Welcome to the Table. In it you will find recipes from Holly Hill Inn and Wallace Station as well as church potluck favorites like Ruth Roach’s Sugar Cookies, Midway Christian’s famous Oyster Stew, Sharon Burchell’s Chili Cookoff prize winning chili, and recipes for many of the dishes served at the annual Epiphany Dinner.
