JYF (1st - 5th Graders)

Junior Youth Fellowship (JYF) meets on Tuesday nights at 6:00 pm. A snack is served as part of our group time together.

Chi-Rho (6th - 12th Graders)

Chi-Rho meets on Sunday evenings at 6:30 pm in the Youth Room upstairs in the sanctuary building. It is a time of fellowship, games, conversations about faith.

July 15-20 is Camp Wakon-Da'Ho Work & Mission Outreach Week (Completed grades 6-12th). This will be MCC's High School Mission Trip!

The Heifer Project Global Village Experience mission trip for Chi-Rho Youth (6th-8th Graders) is June 15-19, 2012. This outing in Perryville, Arkansas will be an epic trip of learning and serving. We will be learning about Heifer Project International, spending time in a Global Village, and doing a low and high ropes course - yes this means climbing walls and a zip line. We will also spend a day at one of the ten best waterparks in the nation! This will be an amazing trip filled with fun, learning, and serving. All youth currently in 6th to 8th grades are encouraged to attend and to bring friends. Cost: $250 a person, which covers all meals, lodging, ransportation, and a tee shirt.

Who: All current 6th-8th graders and friends!
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 is due on Sunday, February 26.
Final Payment is due on Sunday, June 3.

HELM Leadership Fellows Applications Available for 2012-2013. Application deadline is April 16, . 2012. Applicants must be current high school seniors entering college in Fall 2012 or Community College studens transferring to a four-year school. Learn more about this program.

Coming up in March: Lumber Jack and Jane Weekend, March 16-18, 2012
All middle school and high school youth are invited to attend Lumber Jack and Jane Weekend. It is a Work Weekend with Games and Activities Co-led by X-Comm and WKDH Advisory. Cost is $20 per person. Please tell Heather by Sunday, March 4th if you are interested in going.
