This is not just any cookbook. The committee included pictures from the past and present. The cookbook also tells our history as Midway Christian such as the story behind the Thanksgiving Market and the Epiphany Dinner as well as how Midway Christian got its start.

Recipes include several from Holly Hill Inn and Wallace Station as well as Ruth Roach’s Sugar Cookies, Midway Christian's famous Oyster Stew, Sharon Burchell’s prize winning chili, most of the
Epiphany Dinner recipes, and special recipes from our members past and present
